Guardian Flight in Hancock, MI is seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transport using a Pilatus PC12. The role operates on a 14 days on/14 days off schedule, with day or night trips and a focus on safety and service.

The position requires substantial flight experience (2,000 fixed-wing hours, 1,000 PIC, 500 cross-country) and the ability to obtain ATP within five years. Includes significant bonuses, relocation help, and company-paid housing as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Total flight hours must meet regulatory minimums.
• 2,000 fixed wing hours, 1,000 PIC hours, and 500 cross country hours required.
• 100 night hours and 75 instrument hours (50 actual) preferred.
• Must hold Commercial ASEL and obtain ATP within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with medical teams to and from facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FARs and company procedures.
• Maintain flight and regulatory documentation for shifts and manifests.
• Coordinate with air/ground dispatch, crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and update change boards.
