Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. seeks a Fixed Wing Pilot to operate PC12 aircraft in a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule. The position includes a competitive annual salary range and substantial sign-on/retention bonuses, plus relocation assistance and paid crew housing.

ATP support is provided if not yet complete, with a focus on safety and high-quality patient transport. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams, maintaining aircraft readiness, and ensuring compliance with FARs and company

Qualifications

• C-ASEL certification required.
• Single pilot IFR experience preferred.
• Medevac/cargo experience preferred.
• Provide logbooks showing flight dates, hours, and totals.
• Willing to obtain ATP within 5 years.
• Valid FAA medical certificate and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance per FARs and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and load manifests.
• Coordinate with dispatch, crews, and facilities.
• Communicate shift changes and board details per protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
• Support safety and service standards at all times.
