  • Conduct assessments for each case's seriousness and severity.
  • Identify reportable serious adverse events per FDA requirements.
  • Process daily consumer complaints in the database.
  • Ensure timely case processing for post‑market surveillance.
  • Collaborate with safety and regulatory teams.
