Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is seeking registered nurses to provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license in AR or compact state, and BLS/ACLS. Full-time roles with no contract and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
