Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assessment: compile database and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Planning: write and update a nursing plan of care and coordinate with care team.
• Implementation: administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments; communicate status and plan to care team.
• Patient Care Coordination: manage daily patient assignment and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Teaching and Quality Improvement: document discharge planning and participate in education programs.
• Nurse Residency Program: engage in program sessions and complete requirements.
