Job summary

UVM Health Network - Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, NY seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to plan, organize and oversee the laboratory section and perform established procedures with independent judgment. Job Description:

Plans, organizes and oversees all work in the laboratory section. Performs established clinical laboratory procedures and examinations in laboratory which require exercise of independent judgment. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the patient. In addition, applicant must possess the ability to assess patient data relative to age specific needs and provide care as described in policies and procedures.

Education/Skills Required:

NYSDOH Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required

BS in Medical Technology or related science preferred
