This role supports the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety for residents, with opportunities for growth through performance evaluations.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with personal care and meals, documenting care, and communicating needs to the Health Care Director.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications required.
• Experience in elder care helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Care for daily living: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks: daily shift reports, resident records, negotiated service agreements.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director.
