Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to support our nursing team by coordinating medication administration and assisting residents with daily activities. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate care and accurate documentation within a resident-centered environment.

The position may require evenings/weekends and involves teamwork with the Health Care Director to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold state certification to pass medications.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director

Education
