MCP VILLAGE WA OPCO LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/HCA to provide care for residents in a team-focused environment. You will assist with daily living activities, communicate with staff, and ensure accurate medication administration and records.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA or HCA certification.
• 18 years or older.
• Good organizational and communication skills; independent, energetic, and caring.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information about residents’ condition; maintain records as required.
• Maintain communication with residents, families, and staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications according to protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
