Job summary

Farmington Square Medford is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents with daily living needs in a warm, care-centered environment. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and adherence to care protocols.

You will assist with activities of daily living, communicate with staff, and maintain accurate records, contributing to residents' comfort and well-being in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
• Ability to follow state regulations and company protocol.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Communicate with healthcare staff and document resident information.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Assist with administration of medications per company protocol.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident's condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the residents' needs are continually met.
• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations
• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for each resident with regard to medicines ordered, received, and administered

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have good organizational abilities, and communication skills, be independent, energetic, creative, and have a pleasant approach
