Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and support staff on all shifts.
• Administer medications to residents.
• Support Personal Care Assistants with daily personal care of residents.
• Provide daily resident assistance and maintain updated work schedules.
• Ensure training is up to date and enforce safety precautions.
