Calyx Living in Durham, NC is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community. You will supervise care staff and support medication administration to residents, ensuring compassionate, professional service.

The role requires 21+ years, NC MT and CPR certifications, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to keep schedules current, train staff, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care staff and oversee daily operations.
• Administer medications per policy and support residents’ needs.
• Support Personal Care Assistants with personal care tasks.
• Maintain updated work schedules and adjust for callouts/changes.
• Ensure training is current and follow established safety precautions.
