Charter Senior Living of Davison is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech)/Caregiver for day and overnight shifts in our Davison, MI community. No prior medication certification is required, as we provide paid in-house training to prepare you for the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration following community policies.
• Accurately document medication assistance and resident observations.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns.
• Provide reassurance, safety checks, and resident support overnight.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and work area.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership.

Pay: $15.00 per hour +

Charter Senior Living of Davison is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech)/Caregiver for our day and overnight shifts- 7am to 7pm and 7pm-7am shift. No prior medication certification is required - we proudly provide paid, in-house training to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role.

Medication Technician (Med Tech) - Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support residents overnight by:

• Assisting with medication administration following community policies
