Spring Arbor of Sevierville is hiring a full-time Medication Technician for the day shift, 7a–7p, in Sevierville, TN. The role focuses on resident care, including assistance with self-administration of medications, as part of a supportive care team that treats residents like family.

The position requires at least one year of experience with seniors, a current Medication Training certification, and state compliance, with CPR/First Aid preferred or required by state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum one year experience with senior adults.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or required by state.
• Good standing with state licensing or certifying agency if licensed/certified.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, staff, and visitors in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Assist residents with medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in and potentially lead resident activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards and prioritize resident satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.
