Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking Caregiver/Medication Technician role holders to support our memory care, assisted living and skilled nursing communities. Responsibilities include hands-on resident care, medication assistance, and daily living support in a home-like environment.

Applicants should have CNA certification or be pursuing it, with a high school diploma and 18+ years old; CPR/First Aid certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver: monitor designated residents during shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms/changes in residents and report to supervisor or Health Care Coordinator.
• Respond promptly to calls and security system alerts; assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and work areas; practice hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and engage them in life skills activities.
