Job summary

Golden-Harbor-Assisted-Living is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications and support residents in daily living activities. You will review individualized service plans, monitor changes in resident condition, and collaborate with dietary, activities, and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and completion of CBRF training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Completion of CBRF medication administration training and core trainings.
• Previous caregiving experience in a community living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately according to policy and DHS regulations.
• Provide ADL assistance and review ISP prior to care.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents and tenants.
• Mentor and train new caregiving staff and communicate progress to supervisors.
