Job summary

RUI in Virginia seeks a Medication Technician to join our senior living community. You will provide warm personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and help monitor health needs to update care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent and are a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA). We offer a supportive team, immersive training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RMA or CMA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Update residents' personal Care Plans based on changes in needs.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
