Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Medication Technician to provide warm, engaging care and support to residents in a community setting. The role includes ADL assistance, care plan updates, and encouraging participation in activities.

You should be a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) with a high school diploma or equivalent. 3pm–11pm FT shifts are available, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RMA or CMA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ADL-related tasks.
• Monitor residents for changes and update their Resident Care Plan accordingly.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in community programs and activities.
