A family-owned senior care provider in Bedford, Virginia, is hiring for caring individuals to assist in providing high-quality personal care to residents. Candidates must hold a current RMA certification and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. This role requires working under the direction of skilled medical professionals during 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shifts, with mandatory weekend rotations. Competitive hourly pay of $19.50, along with a supportive work environment and benefits package, is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor.
• Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.

Shift:

• 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am- we are hiring for both shifts FT and PT mandatory weekend rotation.

$19.50 - $19.50 an hour
