Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech / Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a night shift in our Assisted Living team. The position emphasizes medication administration and direct resident care for seniors in a supportive, family‑owned environment.

Qualified candidates hold an RMA certification and have experience in assisted living or similar settings. You will work with a dedicated care team to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Experience as Med Tech/Medication Aide/RMA or direct care staff in assisted living or senior care is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient approach to caring for older adults.

Responsibilities

This night position is ideal for an experienced medication aide who enjoys working with seniors and providing both medication administration and direct resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Safely administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Follow individualized care plans, medication records, and medication protocols.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and other members of the senior living care team.

Qualifications:

• Current and validRegistered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Previous experience as aMed Tech, Medication Aide, RMA, caregiver, or direct care staffin assisted living, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work the3:00pm-11:00pm night shift, including every other weekend.

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm., including every other weekend

$20 - $20 an hour
