Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Med Tech for an On-Call/PRN position to support our memory care and assisted living residents. You will safely administer medications and engage with residents to enhance quality of life.

The ideal candidate has completed Med Tech training, at least six months of long-term care experience, and a passion for seniors. Ability to work some holidays and weekends, with strong communication and teamwork skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field as a Med Tech.
• Experience Working In a Memory Care Environment Preferred.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must love being around and working with seniors; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and administration of medications to residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and family members.
• Collaborate with care staff to monitor resident health needs.
• Attend to memory care residents with patience and compassion.
