Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Florida is seeking caring Med Techs to provide safe medication delivery, support memory care residents, and build meaningful relationships with our seniors.

If you have Med Tech training and at least six months in long-term care, you will join a team that values dedication, communication, and ongoing growth through education and training programs.

Qualifications

• Completion of Med Tech training program required.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long-term care, home care, or related field.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must love working with seniors.
