Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Clemson. This part-time role covers 6a-2p and 2p-10p on weekends, supporting residents with companionship and activities of daily living.

You will report changes to leadership, assist with dining and light housekeeping, and help keep residents engaged. A high school diploma is required, CNA or CPR/First Aid preferred, and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with companionship and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Reports changes in health/status and completes daily data sheets.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed by leadership.
• Keeps residents engaged and happy.
