You will work with a caring team to maintain accurate MARs/TARs and document resident information accurately. The position emphasizes resident well-being, safety, and collaboration with other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have Medication Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Read/write/speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and residents’ families to ensure needs are met.
