Job summary

Radiant Senior Living Inc. is seeking a Med Tech to assist residents with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration, in a compassionate senior living setting.

The role requires a valid Medication Certification and strong communication skills to relay resident information to the care team. You will contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Medication Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families, support personnel, etc., to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Assist residents with administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
