Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform and report tests, verify results, and ensure QC compliance in a day shift, full-time role. The incumbent will collect specimens, operate lab software, and maintain equipment in a CLIA-regulated environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in medical technology or related field and MLS/ASCP registry (or within two years of hire). Previous lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science; transcript required for verification.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• MLS/MT (ASCP) registry required or completed within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs and reports all assigned tests with precision and accuracy.
• Operates computer equipment and software related to lab functions.
• Records all quality control results.
• Maintains, calibrates, and repairs equipment with logs.
• Performs duties per CLIA regulations.
• Collects blood specimens using venipuncture or capillary techniques.
