Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (Medication Partner) at The Boulevard Senior Living-Wentzville. This full-time role runs 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a pay range of $19.50 to $31.50 per hour.

You will help with medication administration, maintain carts, and support residents with daily activities in a compassionate, home-like environment. Minimum age 18, state-certified, high school diploma, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• English reading/writing/communication with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.
• Health screening for TB and overall good health.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
