Job summary

Royalton Place is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications and assist residents as part of individualized care plans. You will identify concerns and communicate with residents, families, physicians and staff to support thriving residents.

Responsibilities include contributing to service plans, documenting medications, responding to calls, and working with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are met. Cascade Living emphasizes a culture of wellness and purposeful living.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and resident care methods.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia.
• Reliable and punctual with transportation.
• Compassionate, flexible, and focused under interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR, document PRN results and missed doses.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians as directed.
• Enhance residents' quality of life with consistent care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
