Job summary

NeuroSync is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Intern to assist in building and testing new medical device units while supporting data collection and reporting for clinical and general wellness reports.

This hands-on internship offers experience in medical device manufacturing, quality control, and data analysis within a fast-paced med-tech environment, with a Fall 2026 in-person schedule in Holliston, MA and a stipend.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on mechanical assembly or lab testing experience.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and assembly of new medical device units.
• Support quality assurance testing, including functional checks.
• Collect and analyze clinical and operational data.
• Help develop SOPs for manufacturing and QC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects.
• Maintain detailed production documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO and regulatory standards.
