Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking an experienced Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) to oversee medication administration and support daily operations. Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM with flexibility to cover call-offs as needed.

You will supervise medication staff, create schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Med Tech required.
• RASP certification.
• Certified Med Tech required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Diabetes certification required.
• Strong knowledge of personal care home regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Reliable and willing to assist with call-off coverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) and guide medication staff
• Create and maintain staff schedules
• Assist with call-offs as needed
• Administer medications in accordance with applicable regulations
