Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) to oversee medication administration and support daily operations at our PA facility. Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM with flexibility to cover call-offs.

The role requires prior Med Tech experience, RASP, CPR, and Diabetes certification, plus strong organizational and communication skills to lead the medication team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Med Tech is required.
• RASP credential is required.
• Certified Med Tech credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) and guide medication staff.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
