Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Med Tech (CMT) certification required.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a nursing home or assisted living facility is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects from medications.
• Maintain accurate and complete medication administration records.
• Assist with resident care activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
