The Lodge at Blue Ridge in Blue Ridge, Georgia is seeking Med Techs to join our care team. This role involves medication administration, resident care, and wellness support under supervision.

Requirements include Med Tech certification, prior elder care experience, and availability for 7a/7p shifts. Weekend work is required. We offer a collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to quality of life for residents.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide and meet state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Leadership capabilities and ability to work with a team.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Med Tech responsibilities include medication administration and care coordination.
• Support Wellness Nurse with wellness visits and PSP documentation.
• Communicate with resident services and families; maintain quality assurance.
• Lead and model wellness activities and ensure high standards of resident care.
