Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Med Tech in McDonough, GA to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities. You will help administer prescribed medications within the allowed scope and maintain accurate documentation in the EMAR/MAR system.

The role requires CNAs and Med Tech licenses in good standing, plus completion of the Medication Aide Course. You will support residents, communicate status updates, and participate in ongoing medication trainings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Medication Aide Course required.
• Must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within the scope of practice.
• Maintain policies and communicate resident status and needs.
• Complete medication cart audits and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Report incidents and ensure resident safety during emergencies.
• Support activity planning and resident mobility and transport.
