Job summary

Rose Senior Living's Chandler community is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to accurately prepare, administer, and document medications for residents. This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers benefits, a 401(k) match, and daily pay options.

You will join a team dedicated to compassionate care in a resort-style senior living setting, with opportunities for growth, training, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Class approved through the NCIA Board.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability.
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living.
• Able to obtain or have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card.
• Valid TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications.
• Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols.
• Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy.
• Clearly identify residents before administering medications.
• Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided.
