Clarendale of Chandler is seeking a Med Tech to join our senior living community in Chandler, AZ. You will accurately administer medications, document treatments, and verify orders while ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability.
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Food Handler’s Card.
• TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and other medications.
• Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols.
• Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy.
• Clearly identify residents before administering medications.
• Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided.

Who you are

• Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Classs approve throught the NCIA Board.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living
• Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification
• Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card
• Valid TB Test
