Job summary

Clarendale of Chandler is seeking a Med Tech to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This full-time position requires weekend and holiday availability, with starting pay of $20.00–$21.50 per hour depending on experience.

You will accurately prepare, administer, and document medications for our seniors in a resort-style setting. We offer health benefits, PTO, dailyPay, meal discounts, and a supportive work culture focused on hospitality and quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Class (NCIA Board).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability.
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living.
• Able to obtain or have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card.
• Valid TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications.
• Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols.
• Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy. Clearly identify residents before administering medications.
• Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided.
