Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Med Tech for on-call/PRN shifts in our memory care and assisted living settings. The role focuses on safe medication delivery and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Ideal candidates have Med Tech training, at least six months in long-term care, and a passion for seniors. Availability for some holidays and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech.
• Experience Working In a Memory Care Environment Preferred
• Able to work some holidays and weekends
• Must love being around and working with seniors

Responsibilities

• Provide the safe delivery and administration of medications.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and support their well-being.
