Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Med Tech to join our team in a senior living community. The role focuses on safe medication delivery and building meaningful relationships with residents, particularly in memory care settings.

You will support daily resident care and collaborate with care staff to maintain a compassionate, engaging environment. We value candidates with Med Tech training, minimum six months in long-term care, and a passion for seniors, including flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech.
• Experience working in a memory care environment preferred.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must love being around and working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and administration of medications.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Work closely with care staff and teams to support residents.
• Assist in memory care activities and routines.
• Support a positive, compassionate senior living environment.
