Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring a safe living space.
