Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech Certification.
• Current certificate in first aid and CPR preferred.
• Experience in home health care environment is strongly preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to converse clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed and on time.
• Chart and maintain up-to-date information for each resident.
• Record vital signs in MAR and monitor patient status.
• Assist with prescribed medications, exercises, and ambulation.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment for patients.
