Job summary

Harvest Homes in Portland, OR, is hiring Med Techs to support residents’ independence and quality of life. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• U.S. Citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services and assist with ADLs as outlined in a resident’s Service Plan with respect and encouragement.
• Maintain patient stability by monitoring vital signs and weight and document as necessary.
• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, showering, toileting, incontinence care, eating and grooming.
• Follow and build routines and organizational structures of the community.
• Participate in daily team huddles and pass downs, staff meetings, and service planning meetings.
• Keep up-to-date on required training and in-service hours including certifications and dementia training.
