Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check in Oregon.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year medication management/administration experience; insulin administration required.
• Speak, read and write English fluently.
• Willing to be trained as caregiver first for 30 days.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation/commuting to work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLS.
• Teamwork, cooperation, training & development.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and morning/evening routines.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for residents and colleagues.
