Job summary

Arden Courts of Parma is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to administer medications, maintain records, and assist residents with daily activities. You will be part of the Health & Wellness team delivering top-tier care in a residential setting.

Requirements include a High School diploma, basic reading/writing skills, clear English, and OH Med Tech certification. Prior dementia experience is preferred and the job is on-site at Parma, OH.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic reading and writing; ability to speak English clearly.
• Experience: Knowledge of elderly care; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: Must hold OH Med Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents and maintains related records.
• May act as a caregiver and assist residents in daily activities.
• Supports Health & Wellness team to ensure high-quality resident care.
