Job summary

Touchmark at Fairway Village in Southwest Washington is seeking a Med Tech for full-time and part-time NOC shifts to help enrich residents' lives. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and supporting dining services in memory care, under licensed supervision.

The ideal candidate has a state-certified CNA/NAC, CPR/AED/First Aid or current enrollment in CNA training, and a genuine interest in compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• CNA or NAC certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-certified CNA or NAC is required; Home Care Aide certificate acceptable if enrolled.
• Nurse Delegation completed for Med Techs; CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the resident's service plan at each shift.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Respond to call lights promptly to ensure safety.
• Escort residents to apartments, activities, and dining rooms.
• In memory care, assist CNA with dining tasks and serving meals.
• Take and document vital statistics; assist with medications as directed.
