The role involves administering medications, documenting changes, and collaborating with the health services team to support a person-centered care approach. Full-time with flexible day or swing shifts; weekend shifts include a $1.50/hour add-on.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• TB certificate as required by the State.
• First Aid and CPR certifications as required by the State.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medications/treatments as directed by residents’ physician.
• Documents and reports changes and observations of residents’ needs and preferences.
• Communicates with health services team, physicians, and other providers as needed.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a person-centered care philosophy.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
