Job summary

Farmington Square Gresham is seeking a caring assistant to help residents with daily activities and personal needs, ensuring comfort and safety in a warm environment.

You will collaborate with the care team to relay information, maintain records, and assist with medications following state regulations. A positive attitude and dependable teamwork are essential for success in a supportive seniors community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work with senior adults with care and kindness.
• Good organizational abilities and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and document resident information as required.
• Maintain resident records and MARs/TARs for medications as ordered.
• Support medication administration according to protocol and state regulations.
• Engage residents to ensure their needs are met and wellbeing is maintained.
