Job summary
Monarch Communities / Brandywine Senior Living in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Medication Aide to provide quality resident care and assist with medication administration under RN supervision. Location: 814 Wyckoff Avenue, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
The role requires NJ Medication Aid Certification and NJ CNA or HHA certification, with at least six months of senior-care experience and weekend availability. Compensation is hourly, with final pay based on experience.
Qualifications
- Must hold NJ Medication Aid Certification and NJ CNA or HHA Certification.
- At least six months experience with seniors in assisted living, home health, hospital, or long-term care.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and services to residents and their families.
- Assist with medication administration as directed by RN.
- Maintain medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
- Complete mandatory medication training and in-service sessions.
