Job summary

Complete Care at Southpointe in Greenfield, WI seeks a reliable Certified Medication Technician for the second shift. You will administer meds, supervise self-administration, and collaborate with nursing staff to uphold high care standards.

Experience in long-term care preferred; new med techs are encouraged to apply. Emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin CMA/Med Tech certification.
• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin as required by guidelines.
• Experience in long-term care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Proficient with EMR and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and routine treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medications for safety.
• Document changes in condition or side effects to Nursing Supervisor or DON.
• Maintain accurate EMR administration records in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to facility policies, licensure regulations, and federal guidelines.
• Assist with cart organization, inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Unit Manager or DON.
