Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• ASCP/MLS/CLS certification or registry eligibility within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs, records and reviews scheduled QC and takes corrective action when data is out of limits.
• Verifies specimen labeling, integrity and suitability before testing.
• Conducts low, medium and high complexity testing per protocols and regulatory requirements; reports results and critical results per protocol.
• Performs phlebotomy as needed and maintains adequate supply inventory.
